Eligibility for Refund:
– Item must be defective due to manufacturing error
– Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
– Product must be unused and returned in original packaging
– Proof of defect (photos/videos) must be sent to support@uandodesigns.com
Refund Process:
– Refunds are issued via Paystack reversal or bank transfer
– Refunds are processed within 7 business days
– Refund may be denied if item shows signs of wear or damage caused by misuse
Return Shipping:
– If the defect is confirmed and caused by us or the manufacturer, we will bear the return cost
– If the defect claim is invalid or return is customer-initiated, customer bears the shipping cost
