Delivery Charges:
– Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location
Return Policy:
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
– Items delivered are defective or wrong
– Return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery
– Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
Return Procedure:
1. Contact support@uandodesigns.com within 48 hours
2. Provide proof of defect (photo/video)
3. Await approval and return instructions
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the fault lies with us.
